Common Return Questions
1. What items are returnable?
- All items except undergarments, free gifts, or promotional items are returnable in the following cases :
- a. Damaged Item
- b. Defective item
- c. Wrong Color/Size
- d. Wrong product delivered
- Please note that items shall be returned in original condition and original packing.
2. What is the process for Return & Refund ?
- 1. You raise a request for Return
- 2. We approve or disapprove the request based on the details given by the customer
- 3. If genuine complaint is found, we raise a pickup request to our courier partner
- 4. After receipt of product, product is checked and if found faulty/damaged then it is proceeded for refund. In case product is found in proper working condition, no refund shall be initiated. Product will be resent and shipping charges of ₹150 shall be collected by you at the time of delivery.
3. What is the time period of returning an item?
- An item must be initiated for return through this return panel within 1 day of receipt of shipment.
4. How and when will I get the refund?
- Your return request will be processed as soon as we receive your returned products. If accepted, your refund will be initiated within 5-7 working days of receipt of shipment.
- In case of prepaid orders, amount will be refunded in original payment method.
- In case of COD orders, you need to provide your bank details. Please note we will not be responsible in case you provide incorrect bank details.
5. How much amount will be refunded?
- Full product amount will be refunded. Taxes and shipping charges shall be excluded from refund.
